The course is self-paced and always on — roughly 30 minutes per concept, about 9 hours in full, taken in as many sittings as you like. Learners who already know the material can test out concept by concept.
The fences, stated plainly. This is a personal-development skills course, not therapy and not treatment; it diagnoses nothing, and it treats no condition. The help line is taught here as a skill in its own right: knowing the point past which professional help is the right move, and understanding that seeking it is strength, not failure.
