Is this for our students?
No. This offer is for the people who work at your university — staff and faculty professional development. We do not enroll students, and nothing here is a student product.
Does any of this carry academic credit?
No — stated plainly. These are non-credit professional courses. Each completion earns a certificate that verifies, at a public address, that the named employee finished the course and mastered its concepts and capstones. It is evidence of professional learning, not academic credit, and it does not enter a degree program.
Who at the university buys this?
Typically the offices responsible for the workforce: human resources, staff development, or a provost’s-office program for faculty and staff growth. The license is bought for employees, the way a company buys it for its team.
How is it priced?
The same published license table every buyer sees: per employee per year, set by headcount, prepaid annually. Each seat includes three full courses per employee per year; additional courses are $99 each. Universities pay what companies and agencies pay — the table is public.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. The license checkout offers payment by card or by invoice, and purchase orders are accepted — arranged as part of your proposal, so your procurement process is respected from the first step.
How does our HR office see who is learning?
Every license comes with its own University Portal: your enrolled employees, the courses each has started and mastered, and their certificates — visible only to your institution’s administrators.
What is a Socratic coaching session?
A conversation, not a video. The Coach asks a question; the employee answers — by voice or by typing — and the Coach responds to what they said, naming the misconception it hears and affirming what they got right. An employee advances only when they have mastered each concept, so a finished course means the learning held.
