About This Course
Most teams that struggle with belonging do not struggle with kindness. They struggle with distribution. Information reaches some members early and others late, or never. The assignments that build a reputation go to the same hands, for reasons that were sound once and then became habit. Credit lands where it is easiest to give it. The benefit of the doubt is extended freely inside the circle and sparingly outside it. And the informal life of the team quietly decides who is of it before any formal decision is made. This course teaches you to see that distribution as it actually runs, to audit your own part in it honestly, and to widen the circle by changing the distributions themselves — in the open, on the same standards for everyone, without requiring anyone to become someone else to qualify. By the end of this program, you will have a complete, practical way of leading one team: see who gets what, say what you find plainly, distribute the goods of membership fairly, and hold that fairness through new arrivals, cliques, freezing out, and change.
