About This Course
Most warehouse days are lost before the first task begins — in a plan built from yesterday's volumes, labor assigned by habit to areas that will starve or drown by mid-morning, and a handover in which the one fact that mattered was never said. This course teaches the other way: see the day whole first. You will learn to read the inbound and outbound picture together, to match people honestly to the work that is actually coming, and to run handovers between areas, stages, and shifts that lose nothing. You will learn to build accuracy into the work itself — because the customer never meets your warehouse, only its errors or its care — and to walk the floor as a leader who sees work as it is done, not as it is reported. You will learn to bring new and temporary hands to a real standard with respect, and to hold safety inside every decision. Then, under pressure, you will learn the second half of the craft: peak season led without breaking the team, shortages triaged honestly, dock problems met with an honest call, quality failures traced to the process instead of the person, and leads developed for every area and shift so the building does not depend on one tired hero. By the end, you will have a complete, written standard for leading a warehouse team — one you can run on an ordinary Tuesday and defend on the hardest day of the year.
