About This Course
The tools stopped being the product. The day became the product: a plan that fits the people and the machines actually available, a standard held the same way at the start of the shift and at the tired end of it, problems named while they are still small, and a team that gets stronger at the work instead of merely older at it. You will learn to start a shift with a real plan and hand it over clean, to know your people and their stations well enough to staff honestly, to walk the floor in a way that sees real work rather than a performance of it, to protect quality at the source where it is made, and to solve and escalate problems without punishing the person who surfaced them.
