About This Course
Most workplace harm does not announce itself. It accumulates quietly inside routine work: the shortcut that worked the last dozen times, the awkward load carried because the proper help was two rooms away, the wet floor walked around instead of dealt with, the odd noise mentioned to no one, the report not filed because nothing quite happened. This course teaches safety awareness as an employee discipline. You will learn to see hazards while they are still small and ordinary, to read your own state — fatigue, hurry, distraction — as part of the hazard, and to use the pause and the pre-task look before routine work begins. You will learn to keep shared spaces safe for the next person, to speak up the first time in words that can be acted on, and to report concerns, near-misses, and incidents fast and without shame, in an honest account that says what you saw, what you did, and what you do not know. And you will learn the conduct that belongs to everyone when the bad day still comes: stop, get clear, get help, and report — and then let the people whose job the next step is do that job.
